 WHO WE ARE

The Copenhagen Wolves are Denmark’s only LGBTQ+ inclusive rugby team and are members of International Gay Rugby (IGR).

The club has around 40 active players and more than 80 members overall, including supporters and volunteers. Members come from many nationalities and cultural backgrounds. Experience ranges from beginners trying rugby for the first time to experienced players.

The Copenhagen Wolves are Pan Idræt’s rugby club. Pan Idræt is Denmark’s largest inclusive club, with 2,000+ members in 25 sports.

New players are welcome at any level. If you want to try inclusive rugby in Copenhagen, contact us and come to one of our trainings.

OUR MISSION

The Wolves are passionate about being visible within the LGBT+ and rugby community in Denmark and on social media.

We aim to diversify and help grow the rugby community in denmark by providing an inclusive place for anyone who is interested in playing rugby or supporting us.

Along with the many other LGBT+ sports clubs in Denmark and globally, we hope to continue to encourage people to challenge stereotypes and continue to expand diversity within the sporting community.
